Does Castle & Key ship spirits directly to my state?
Due to federal and state regulations, we can only ship spirits to select states. Please use our location selector at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area. All alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
Can I return a bottle of spirits if I change my mind?
According to state law, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages once they have left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or there was an error in fulfillment, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my spirits to maintain quality?
To preserve the profile of our gin, vodka, and whiskey, store bottles upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Unlike wine, spirits do not age in the bottle, but exposure to heat and light can alter the flavor over time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer digital wallet options like Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster checkout experience.
Are your spirits gluten-free?
While many of our spirits are distilled from grains containing gluten, the distillation process typically removes gluten proteins. However, we recommend that individuals with high sensitivity or Celiac disease consult with a physician before consumption.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and picked up by our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
