Returns & Refund Policy
At Castle & Key Distillery, we strive for perfection in every bottle, but due to the nature of food and beverage products, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect shipments. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, carefully examine your package for any signs of transit damage, leaks, or incorrect items.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item or verify the damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
